Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Europe, South Korea and China. Depending on the different product lines.

What is the delivery time?

We ship worldwide.

We offer free worldwide express shipping with delivery of 1-3 business days to Europe and USA with full insurance. For Asia and South America the delivery time is approx 5-7 business days with full insurance

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

All prices shown on the website dailywatch.co are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment center in Denmark, Europe.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.

It should be noted that Dailywatch ApS has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Dailywatch ApS cannot predict their amount. Dailywatch ApS advises you to contact your local customs office for further information

What do I do if I received a defective product?

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our orders from our office in Denmark.

What is the Return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return any product within 45 days of having received it. The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging. We offer free returns on all our products.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you don’t love the product you have bought from us, we’ll take it back.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us, and we will then make all the necessary arrangements.

What is the warranty period?
