1. The SPIN TO WIN game on Dailywatch.co is accessible to new and existing customers and subscribers of DailyWatch
2. Multiple discount prizes are allowed per person. However, physical prizes like watches, accessories or secret gifts are limited to one per participant.  
3. All participants 18 years and over, to be eligible to enter this game, must ensure their personal details are submitted to DailyWatch correctly.
4. Participants receive a mail with the procedure to follow to redeem their prize.
5. The Spin to Win game is free to play and no purchase is necessary. However, some prizes may require a purchase to be made in order to be redeemed.
6. Participants of Spin to Win on DailyWatch.co, following their spin of the wheel, have a chance to win a prize if the spinner stops spinning and lands on the segment of the wheel indicating they are eligible to win a prize. Players will win the prize corresponding to the prize stated on that segment on the wheel. The voucher code of this prize is shown on the success pop-up as well as in the follow-up email that the participant receives.
7. Physical prizes will be sent immediately after DailyWatch has received the order and discounts are applicable to the participants next order. Any prize can be time-limited.
8. DailyWatch holds the right to replace free gifts when out of stock, with a gift with similar value.
9. Participants agree to sign-up with the DailyWatch newsletter when participating and can unsubscribe at any time. Email addresses will not be shared with third parties, and will be handled according to GDPR.
10. For physical prizes, e.g. watches, accessories or secret gifts, a check will be done in our backend to verify if the participant has fairly won the prize. Prizes will only be granted to persons that provide their valid email address. Orders with vouchers that cannot be verified will be cancelled.
11. On suspicion of misuse, spam or scam, DailyWatch holds the right to ignore or cancel any orders placed, or block IP addresses or email addresses for this game.
12. DailyWatch reserves the right to cancel or refuse to award the prizes when these terms are breached.
13. DailyWatch accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind whatsoever.
14. All prizes for all winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
15. As far as is permitted by law, DailyWatch will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up any of the prizes, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Company. Your statutory rights are not affected.
