Data Protection

To a very limited extent we process personal data regarding customers/business partners employees. Our processing activities is limited to ordinary personal data, e.g. name and work-related contact information.

The purpose and legal grounds for our processing activities is ours and the customers/business partners legitimate interest in complying with a Service agreement.

With reference to the GDPR art. 14 [5], we are not obligated to inform the customers/business partners employees about our processing activities, and we therefore encourage the customer/business partner to inform the employees, that the customer/business partner will pass on the employees personal data to DailyWatch ApS.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
